Made in USA - White AirWave NIOSH N95

This is a Nose Flange version. Moldex doesn't make a white full flange AirWave N95. For Full Flange, see 4151 (M/L blue) or M4621 (M/L black).

The Moldex 4601 is a SMALL disposable Particulate Respirator with NIOSH N95 approval for general use. Key features include

  • Wave Design reduces breathing resistance
  • FlexFit moves with your face and stays in-place for all-day comfort
  • Nose flange improves the face seal at the nose
  • Lightweight cup design resists collapse

The AirWave series is built for easy breathing, lasting comfort, and dependable performance. The exclusive wave design lets in more air, while the FlexFit® moves with your face and stays in place for all-day comfort. The tough Dura-Mesh® shell resists collapse in heat or humidity. The facepiece is naturally contoured without pressure points, with a molded nose bridge and soft foam nose cushion.

The AirWave lasts longer and feels more comfortable to the wearer, boosting workplace compliance and morale, while reducing usage and costs. Experience all-day comfort and breathability with AirWave.

Lower your costs and use fewer respirators. The Dura-Mesh shell protects the filter media, so it stays cleaner for longer. The shell also resists collapsing in hot, humid environments, so the respirator holds its shape longer. The result is fewer respirators used, and lower costs.

Key features:

  • NIOSH Approved N95
  • MRI SAFE - no metal in the mask whatsoever - will not distort head/neck MRI
  • AIRWAVE - increased surface area means lower breathing resistance
  • 2 SIZES AVAILABLE for the entire workforce
    • 4600 Medium-Large
    • 4601 Small
  • COLLAPSE-RESISTANT cup shape design
  • SOFT FOAM FLANGE and softspun lining for increased comfort
  • DURA-MESH exterior keeps hands from touching filter media, helping the respirator to last the entire shift
  • BRAIDED STRAPS won't pull hair
  • NON LATEX construction
  • LOWER YOUR COSTS AND USE FEWER RESPIRATORS The exclusive DURA-MESH SHELL protects the filter media, so it stays cleaner-looking longer. The shell also resists collapsing in hot, humid environments, so the respirator holds its shape longer and the result is fewer respirators used and lower costs.
  • EASY COMFORTABLE SEAL The Soft Foam Flange helps to maintain the seal without pressure points, and the pinch free, contoured molded shape means there's no need for a metal nose band to adjust.
